Q. How to place an order?

  1. Click “Add to Cart” on the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment.
  3. Log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, register one before you proceed.
  4. Confirm your shipping address and click “Next”.
  5. Select your shipping method and click “Next”.
  6. Choose your payment method and click “Next”.
  7. Reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.



Q. How to pay?
Ayam Sarjan offers various types of payment method as shown below:-

1. Debit / Credit Card (iPay88)

2. Touch 'N Go


 

Q. How to change my personal account information and shipping address?

Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address



Q. I forgot my account password. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your registered email address.
  2. Click "Submit".
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you received the token, you can choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

-Please send an email to our customer service at poultecayamsarjan@gmail.com with the message title “Request to Cancel Order”.

-Orders that are in shipping or have shipped will not be canceled.

 

Q. What is the transaction currency?

All transaction will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
 

Q. When can I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 working days depends on the quantity of the order.
