Q. How to place an order?
- Click “Add to Cart” on the product you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment.
- Log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, register one before you proceed.
- Confirm your shipping address and click “Next”.
- Select your shipping method and click “Next”.
- Choose your payment method and click “Next”.
- Reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.
Q. How to pay?
Ayam Sarjan offers various types of payment method as shown below:-
1. Debit / Credit Card (iPay88)
2. Touch 'N Go
Q. How to change my personal account information and shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address
Q. I forgot my account password. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your registered email address.
- Click "Submit".
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you received the token, you can choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
-Please send an email to our customer service at poultecayamsarjan@gmail.com with the message title “Request to Cancel Order”.
-Orders that are in shipping or have shipped will not be canceled.
Q. What is the transaction currency?
All transaction will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Q. When can I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 working days depends on the quantity of the order.
